Most dental insurance plans cover a portion of the cost of your dental services.  We will file the insurance claim for you to make sure you receive the maximum benefits allowed.  You will be responsible for paying your portion of the cost on the date of services.  The amount allowed by the insurance company should not be a guideline for your dental health.  Please bring your insurance card with you to each appointment.

Payment is expected at the time of service.  If you have insurance, you will be expected to make an estimated payment for that portion not covered by your insurance plan.  For the portion of costs not covered by insurance, we offer serveral payment options:

  • cash or personal check
  • credit card or debit card - we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express
  • Care Credit - offers 3, 6 and 12 month interest-free payment plans and extended financing up to 48 months.  You can apply at home (online at http://www.carecredit.com/ or by phone at  800-677-0718) prior to your appointment or while in our office.
